You acknowledge having the capacity to contract under the conditions described below, ie being of legal majority and not being under guardianship or curatorship. You acknowledge having read the General Conditions of Sale before placing your order. Placing an order implies your full and unreserved acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

We respond to your order within the limits of our available stocks or subject to the stocks available from our suppliers. When you order, we inform you of the availability of the products you wish to purchase on the presentation page of each product. However, if, despite our vigilance, the products prove to be unavailable after your order, we will inform you by email and invite you to cancel or modify your order. The data recorded on the site constitutes proof of the order. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
Your order will only be processed after full receipt of your payment and the applicable deadlines are those on the day of receipt of payment.
Article 3: Price
The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in euros, excluding postage, order processing costs and gift wrapping costs. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice.
Despite our best efforts, it is possible that a limited number of articles appearing on our site contain a price error. Rest assured, however, that we check the prices during the process of sending your item. If the corrected price is lower than the price displayed on the site, we will apply the lowest price and send you your item. If the corrected price is higher than the price displayed on the site, we will notify you and cancel your order unless you choose to accept the order at the new price.
In the event of an order to a country other than Hong Kong, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes, or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums are not our responsibility. They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in your country. Article 4: Payment
The payment of the totality of your order must be made during the validation of the order. At no time can the sums paid be considered as a deposit or down payment.
Payment for your purchases is made:

You guarantee that you have the authorizations that may be necessary to use the payment method chosen, when registering the order form.
Payments by bank checks or bank transfers are not accepted.
In the event that you are late in paying the price, we would be entitled to claim default interest calculated on the basis of the legal rate in force and applicable from the date of the summons to pay.
Article 5: Delivery
All our packages are sent within 24/48 hours from our warehouses, the delivery time from this date is then 3 to 8 working days. We also offer loss and theft insurance to guarantee your order during transport. Our products are sent in bubble envelopes or overprotected boxes for optimal protection during transport.
Delivery is made to the address you provided when placing your order. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier you have chosen, and are indicated in working days, from our premises or those of our supplier, for delivery in the United States or Europe. The starting order is given after full receipt of the amount of your order. This deadline is given for information only. In any case, in the event of a delay in dispatch of more than 21 days, you have the possibility of canceling your order within 60 working days.
The delivery time can sometimes be longer than 3 weeks in very rare cases, this results from the global health crisis that we are currently experiencing and / or carrier failures during transport between countries, we are in no way responsible for delays in delivery, the fault of which lies with the carriers.
The customer is required to have a mailbox that complies with postal standards bearing the customer's name and in good closing condition. LLM GROUP would not be held responsible for any theft occurring in the recipient's mailbox. If the parcel is returned to us following an error or negligence on your part (error of address, no name on the mailbox, the fact that you did not pick up the parcel at the post office , ...), the cost of returning the products will be at your expense. We would like to point out that these costs must be paid prior to reshipment.

In this case, we proceed to the exchange of the product. The product must be returned complete and in its original condition, and the package must not have been opened. Return costs will be refunded upon presentation of proof.

Article 6: Description of products
All products sold on the site are new. Each product offered on the site is the subject of a detailed descriptive sheet in the online catalog. The information is that given by the manufacturers. The photos of the products, as well as their descriptions, may not accurately reflect the characteristics of the products despite the care taken with these details. We can in no way be held responsible for erroneous data transmitted by the manufacturers.
Article 7: Return

The shipment should only be made after validation of the return conditions with technical support. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any loss of the package before its arrival in our warehouses will be your responsibility.

If you want to make a return because you believe your product is defective, after confirmation from customer service via photos, you will get a full refund.
Upon receipt of the return, the refund will be made by the accounting department within 30 working days.
For payment by credit card, the refund will be credited to the bank account linked to it.
For payment by Paypal, the refund will be credited to the Paypal account used at the time of the order.
Article 8: Warranty and after-sales service
We guarantee products sold by standard exchange with the same new product for a period of 12 months. Some products also have a manufacturer's warranty. The duration of this guarantee will be indicated on the product sheet. If this is not indicated, there is no manufacturer's warranty.

The processing time for an after-sales service can vary from 2 to 30 working days depending on the product (time given for information only). Return costs are your responsibility.
Warning: Any product returned in poor condition, used or without its original packaging will not be refunded, the product must be received in new condition by our services.

We decline all responsibility in the event that the product delivered does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery other than Hong Kong. We cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in the event of out of stock or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of postal services and means of transport and/or communications.
