THE Product does not suit me - What is the return procedure?
For certain reasons of hygiene, understand that we do not accept the return of used products. A return is considered eligible only if the after-sales service conditions and instructions are met. In any case, and first of all, please contact customer service by e-mail.

Conditions to respect:

1. THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION



The package containing the product must be intact. In their original condition.

Upon receipt of the return, the refund will be made within 20 working days by the accounting department.
- For payment by credit card, the refund will be credited to the account linked to it.
- For payment by Paypal, the refund will be credited to the original Paypal account of the order.

What should I do if I received a faulty order?
We guarantee products sold by standard exchange with the same new product for a period of 12 months. Some products also have a manufacturer's warranty. The duration of this guarantee will be indicated on the product sheet. If this is not indicated, there is no manufacturer's warranty.

The processing time for an after-sales service can vary from 1 to 30 working days depending on the product (time given for information only). Return costs are your responsibility.

Warning: Any product returned in poor condition, used or without its original packaging will not be refunded, the product must be received in new condition by our services.
